Return Policy:
We make sure that we meet our customer’s expectation and serve them with best quality products. We ship our products in the highly protected box and add good cushion around the jars that ensures full safety during order transit.
But please accept our apologies in case you receive damaged product. Please inform us about receiving the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery using below mentioned steps and we will make sure to get you a replacement as soon as possible.
- Take photographs of the damaged product along with shipping box that sufficiently display the damage.
- Send the photographs to Naw Foods WhatsApp number @ (+91) 7262998897
(+91)-7249160718 along with your order number.
Note: Replacement is possible only if product is damaged during transit.
Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order with us please note:
- The order can only be cancelled if and only if, it has not already been shipped
- If the order has been paid through a credit/debit card or net banking and has not yet been shipped, we will refund the order in full amount to the original payment method.
- However, once the order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will not be entitled to any refund.
